MANILA, Philippines - Gil Wagas (photos) was tapped by the PEPP Foundation as the Philippine representative in the 2013 (8th) Annual Mr. International Pageant in Indonesia (Jakarta and Yogyakarta), Nov. 10 to 21. Wagas stands 6’3”, the tallest among the 47 contestants. He hails from Lapu-Lapu City, a basketball player who used to be with UE’s Red Warriors before he ventured into modeling.
